Nästa parti för rakning är Socialdemokraterna. I texten nedan är det Eva Eriksson, 2:e vice ordförande i Skolnämnden som svarar i citaten.

Skolinitiativet: Vi fick höra att det i princip inte går att höja skolpengen så mycket som skulle behövas för att då måste man också kompensera friskolorna i kommunen och att det då går till vinstuttag beroende på skolform och beroende på hur de drivs. Stämmer det? Skulle att höja skolpengen vara att ge bort pengar till fristående aktörer i onödan.

Självklart, men å andra sidan så har ju vi ansvar för alla de barnen som bor i Solna även om de går i friskolor. Så så länge lagstiftningen ser ut som den gör så får vi ju göra så. Men det är klart det går att höja skolpengen. Allt annat är ju inte sant helt enkelt, det går ju att lägga mer pengar.

Det är ju en vilja, det är en politisk vilja om man vill lägga mer pengar eller om man vill hålla Sveriges lägsta skatt.

Skolinitiativet: Socialdemokraternas budgetförslag är att höja kommunalskatten med 16 öre. Och för 2020 skrev ni ju också uttryckligen i budgeten att det fortfarande är, jag tror att det stod Sveriges lägsta kommunalskatt, att det skulle vara det då. Är det viktigt att ha den lägsta kommunalskatten? Eller bland de lägsta?

Verkligen inte. Det tycker inte vi, vi vill ju höja med 16 öre.

Skolinitiativet: Det var ju i Socialdemokraternas budgetförslag som det sades att det här  fortfarande är lägst kommunalskatt.

Vi har ju våra 16 öre som är öronmärkta för skola och förskola. Och det är ju viktigt att komma ihåg samtidigt, om det är någon som undrar blir det här nu jättemycket höjning, så är det ju inte det eftersom vi har Sveriges lägsta kommunalskatt nästan, nu har vi ju inte den allra lägsta längre.

Men de öronmärkta pengarna innebär ju ungefär 48 kronor i månaden för den som tjänar ungefär 30 000. Så att det är inte jättemycket pengar per person ändå, men kommer kunna göra väldigt mycket gott för Solnas barn.

Skolinitiativet: Och du säger 16 öre och att de är öronmärkta då för skola och förskola, är det så?

Ja, precis. Och sen är det så att en annan sak, som man inte pratar om så ofta, men det är ju det här med, som skedde till exempel förra året, att Solna hade ett jättejättestort överskott och det lades ju bara ner och sparades. Och det tycker ju vi att vi ska kunna använda mer av de pengarna också. Det är inte meningen att vi bara ska lägga in pengar på banken och vara en rik kommun och sen behandla barnen som vi gör.

Skolinitiativet: Men ni vill ju också göra Solna till en mer äldrevänlig kommun och en rad andra fokusområden som ni lyfter fram. Var kommer de pengarna ifrån? Den skattehöjning som ni vill göra är riktad till skola/förskola. Hur finansieras de andra områdena?

Nej men det är som jag sa alldeles nyss, vi har ju stora överskott som man också kan ta av. Och vi vill också ha en äldrevård som är värdig, absolut. […] Det är vi överens om, det är ett jätteviktigt område att det måste bli värdigt för de äldre. Sen har vi att bygga hyresrätter och bostadsrätter, blandade områden. Men det är ju inte en bristbudget utan det är ju investeringar.

Skolinitiativet: Kommer Solna fortfarande vara en kommun som har det gott ställt, eller använder vi upp alla medel som finns?

Nej, nej, självklart inte. Det ska en god ekonomisk hållning det är ju självklart kommer det vara så. Det är utan tvekan så.

Det ska vara ordning och reda.

Skolinitiativet: Socialdemokraterna vill ha en skola i varje stadsdel. Ända upp till högstadiet?

Det beror på. Kanske inte i Hagalund för att då finns det skolor lite närmare som Skytteholm och Råsunda. De ser jag framför mig, behöver vara F-9-skolor. Bergshamra behöver vara det, Ulriksdal behöver vara det.

Sen vill vi bygga en ny skola uppe i Järvastaden vid den gamla stenkrossen. Där kommer det bli en idrottsplats bredvid och allting. Och det är ju en sån miljö som man ska ha en skola i. Tallbacka likaså.

Men sen vill vi bygga för de mindre barnen då, på Stenbackatomten som ligger uppe på höjden där bakom.

Skolinitiativet: Ni säger att ni vill bevara och rädda alla de här skolorna, Granbacka, Tallbacka, Skytteholm, Bergshamra. Tror du att det går? Går det även nu, med de besluten som är fattade och de som nu håller på att genomföras?

Ja, absolut. […] Absolut, det går att öppna upp, men man måste göra det successivt. Vi ska inte snurra karusellen fortare åt andra hållet utan vi ska vrida den tillbaka.

Skolinitiativet: Det som jag har hört ganska tydligt i Socialdemokraternas retorik inför förra valet och nu det kommande valet är ju att det krävs ett maktskifte för det här. För att kunna genomföra riktiga förändringar. Och vilka partier ser du att ni i Socialdemokraterna kan samarbeta med?

Vi har ju samarbetat med MP förut. Och jag tror om man läser de olika partiprogram som de olika partierna har, självklart aldrig Sverigedemokraterna, det kommer inte på fråga. Men nu pratar jag om de andra partierna, så ser man ju att flera av dem skulle ju må bättre tillsammans med oss än med Moderaterna.

Nu kanske inte de skulle säga det nu, men jag tror att till exempel C och L ligger ju nära oss om man läser vad de vill på egen hand. Och det tycker jag skulle vara väldigt intressant om man skulle få till en sån diskussion efter nästa valresultat. Som jag hoppas mycket på. För att vi måste få en förändring.
